To prevent the spread of STI and HIV/AIDS ..

• Consolidation and Strengthening of Outreach.
• Strengthening of Clinical Services. 
  Community led Structural Intervention.
  Advocacy Linkages and Networking.
• Project Management and NGO/CBO capacity building

• 16 Out Reach Workers and 52 Peer Educators are working in educating, sensitizing the Key Population regarding the spread of STI and HIV/AIDS
• demonstrate the safe sex practices  through Flip charts and Audio visuals they impart knowledge on HIV/AIDS
• Two doctors, two ANMs, two Counselors and two Clinic Administrators are on the job. 
• On an average 40 STI patients visit these Clinics every day.
• STI patients are regularly examined and are given Symptomatic and Asymptomatic treatment
• Out Reach staff conduct One to One, One to Group sessions in their respective Hotspots.  They educate the Key population before bringing them to the Clinic.
• Clinical Services Review Committee is constituted to improve the quality of services in the Clinic. 
• Project Advisory Committee meetings are held regularly every month
• to address the social and physical vulnerability of the Key Population core advocacy groups have been formed with the support of a legal consultant
• a regular interaction with the Police, Madams and the Supporters of the Project in both Hindupur and Dharmavaram towns
• Follow up trainings for further enhancement of the capacity of the staff are an integral part of the Project
